Liz Lubega is a London-born singer-songwriter and vocal arranger known for her warm, soulful sound and heartfelt storytelling. Raised between East London and Uganda, she spent a lot of her time as a young teen in church choirs, where she fell in love with harmony and the power of songwriting.

In 2016, she stepped into the spotlight with her debut EP, The Process, earning praise from BBC Introducing. Emeli Sandé herself described Liz’s voice as “…beautiful velvet sounds.” Her 2020 sophomore EP, The Woman, revealed a more mature, reflective side of her artistry, with singles like No Good and Away showcasing her signature blend of soul, depth, and vulnerability.

Beyond her own music, Liz has toured the world as a backing vocalist for some of music’s biggest names, including Childish Gambino, Nicole Scherzinger, Ronan Keating, Tom Odell, Stormzy, and more recently, Yusuf / Cat Stevens.
